      Other Important Information:

      • Expedited and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • Shipping availability and processing time vary considerably (up to as much as 6 months) for special order items such as bridal and quinceanera dresses, because those types of dresses are custom made-to-order. If your event is coming up soon, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options for dresses that may already be in stock or in production.
      • We ship out orders using the exact address information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes once the package is in-transit. If any information is incorrect on your order confirmation email, please let us know quickly via email, so it can be corrected before shipment.
      • You are not charged if an item you order is out of stock. Your payment method is authorized at the time of purchase but is only actually charged when the item is being prepared for shipment. If your order is canceled for any reason before that charge is completed, the amount will show on your payment method as "Pending." That status will go away within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

      Return Policy

      How long do I have to return an item?

      We offer a 7-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below).

      The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 7 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. You will be unable to submit a return/exchange request after that 7-day period.

      What are the requirements for the returned items?

      All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons intact.

      Are there any fees for returning an item?

      Return costs are as follows:

      • For domestic order refunds: 20% restocking fee + $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label
      • For a domestic exchange: $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label + $12 (per item) for shipping of the new item(s)
      • For international order refunds: 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please choose a tracked shipping method, since you'll be required to submit a tracking number for the returned package.
      • For an international exchange: Since we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders, actual shipping costs both ways will be your responsibility.
      • Please note that any amount paid for expedited shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.

      Are there any other rules for exchanges?

      In order to waive the restocking fee, we offer ONE direct exchange for the same item in a different size.

      If you are looking for a different color or a completely different item, simply request a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

      Please note that any item received as the result of an exchange is considered final sale and not eligible for any further refund or exchange.

      What if the item is defective?

      In the very rare event that an item is defective, you must initiate the return request within 72 hours of receiving it, and detailed photos will be required.

      After this time, any return request will be subject to the standard return terms above. So be sure to check your item right away!

      Please note that any defective item will be replaced with the exact same item you ordered. Any request for a different variation of the item or a completely different item will be subject to the standard return and exchange terms.

      How do I initiate a return request?

      You can submit a return request via our returns portal.

      How long do I have to send back the item after I submit my request?

      For domestic orders: Your return package must be postmarked and in-transit within 5 business days after you've received the prepaid return shipping label.

      For international orders: Since return shipping is your responsibility, please make sure that you send us the tracking number for your return package within 5 business days after your return request is approved.

      If I decide that I don't want my item after it's been shipped but before it's delivered, can I just refuse the package?

      If you refuse the package that was shipped to you, we will treat that action as a return request, and all rules listed here (including restocking fees, etc.) will be applied accordingly.

      How long will it take to get my refund?

      Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive your package and verify that the items returned meet the requirements. Depending on your bank / credit card company, it can take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

      What items are excluded from returns and exchanges?

      Exclusions include:

      • Quinceañera dresses and other special-order dresses
      • Outlet items
      • Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
      • Any item received as the result of an exchange

      The easiest way to tell if an item is returnable or not is to look at the badges on the product page. If there is a badge that says "Easy Returns," then it is returnable. If the badge says "Not eligible for any return / exchange," it's not.

      Order Cancellations

      Some of the dresses we sell are made-to-order. That means that the dress will not actually be made until you've ordered it.

      Because it's very hard for us to stop the production process of a dress once it's started, we will email you soon after your order to confirm that you haven't changed your mind. If you do change your mind and want to cancel the order, you must do so within 24 hours after our email has been sent to you.

      Failure to cancel an order during that 24-hour window will require us to continue with the production of the dress. Your order will become subject to the regular return policy rules that would normally apply to that particular dress. If the dress you ordered is one that isn't normally eligible for return, it still will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

      About Sizing / Alterations

      Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizes and are given to us by the designer.

      Please note that designers may use different sizing conventions from each other or from other types of clothing you may be used to, so make sure to check the measuring guide we provide on each product page and match it to the product's size chart to ensure your best fit!

      It's also important to remember that there are many different body shapes and alteration is very often required on special occasion dresses to make it just right for you!

      Price Match Policy

      Eligibility Criteria

      Any item for which you're requesting a price match must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

      • It must be found on an official, authorized retailer's website.

        We cannot match prices for unauthorized retailers or brick-and-mortar stores.

      • The exact size and color must be in stock and available for shipping at the other retailer.

        If the other retailer is only offering the item for backorder or is otherwise out of stock, we are unable to match their current price.

      • It must be listed at the other retailer's regular price.

        We cannot match prices that are the result of a sale, promo code, or any other sort of special promotion run by the other retailer.

      • It must not break any MSRP pricing rules set by the designer.

        Some designers set a rule that a dress cannot be sold below a certain minimum price. As an authorized retailer, we take seriously our responsibility to follow our designers' wishes. If the other retailer is breaking any such rule for a particular designer, we cannot match that price.

      • It must not be a final sale item.

        We cannot price match a final sale item, or any final sale website.

      • The exact size and color must be in stock and available for shipping at the other retailer.

      • It must be lower than our price when the other retailer's shipping fee is included.

        Our free shipping threshold is much lower than most other stores ($99!), so we have to take that into account when considering a price match.

        For example, if we're selling a dress for $199 with free shipping, and retailer X is selling the same dress for $185 but with a $20 shipping fee, then we're actually already cheaper by $5 ($199 vs. $205)!

      That means you can rest assured that any item you buy from us is always 100% authentic.

      Sales Tax Policy

      We are not required to collect sales tax for any orders originating outside the state of Texas.

      Orders from Texas will incur sales tax at the normal local tax rate, based on the customer's address. The amount will be calculated at checkout.

      International Customers

      Please note that sales tax is not the same thing as customs fees. We do not collect either of them for your order, and we receive no part of any such fees your government may impose upon delivery.

      Event Date

      If a dress has to be made from scratch, we ask for your event date in order to make sure that you will get it by the time you need it.

      Please be truthful with your date. Putting in a date that's sooner will not speed up the process of receiving your dress, but it may result in your order being cancelled if we don't think we can get the dress to you in time.

      Measuring Guide

      To get the most accurate measurements, have someone measure you with a cloth measuring tape. Before you get started, wear something form-fitting to get the most accurate measurements. Also, don't pull the measuring tape too tight around your body. You'll want to give yourself some wiggle room so that you can breathe :) To determine your size, follow these simple instructions:

      A - Bust: Measure over the fullest part of the bust, usually above the nipple. Note: this is not your bra size!
      B - Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist, about 1 to 2 inches above your belly button.
      C - Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.

      Size Body Measurements

      • We recommend that when selecting a size, you base your decision first by your bust AND waist size, and lastly hips.
      • If you are between sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size and have the dress tailored. For example: If your bust is a Medium and your waist is a Large, please select the Large and get the bust altered.
      • Please keep in mind that the dress may not be an exact fit. Therefore, alternations may be necessary and may be easily hemmed by a local tailor. A general rule of thumb is that a dress can be tailored 2 sizes down if necessary.
