How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a 7-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below).
The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 7 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. You will be unable to submit a return/exchange request after that 7-day period.
What are the requirements for the returned items?
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons intact.
Are there any fees for returning an item?
Return costs are as follows:

For domestic order refunds: 20% restocking fee + $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label

For a domestic exchange: $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label + $12 (per item) for shipping of the new item(s)

For international order refunds: 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please choose a tracked shipping method, since you'll be required to submit a tracking number for the returned package.

For an international exchange: Since we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders, actual shipping costs both ways will be your responsibility.
- Please note that any amount paid for expedited shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.
Are there any other rules for exchanges?
In order to waive the restocking fee, we only offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different size.
If you are looking for a different color or a completely different item, simply request a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that any item received as the result of an exchange is considered final sale and not eligible for any further refund or exchange.
What if the item is defective?
In the very rare event that an item is defective, you must initiate the return request within 72 hours of receiving it, and detailed photos will be required.
After this time, any return request will be subject to the standard return terms above. So be sure to check your item right away!
Please note that any defective item will be replaced with the exact same item you ordered. Any request for a different variation of the item or a completely different item will be subject to the standard return and exchange terms.
How do I initiate a return request?
You can submit a return request via our returns portal.
How long do I have to send back the item after I submit my request?
For domestic orders: Your return package must be postmarked and in-transit within 5 business days after you've received the prepaid return shipping label.
For international orders: Since return shipping is your responsibility, please make sure that you send us the tracking number for your return package within 5 business days after your return request is approved.
If I decide that I don't want my item after it's been shipped but before it's delivered, can I just refuse the package?
If you refuse the package that was shipped to you, we will treat that action as a return request, and all rules listed here (including restocking fees, etc.) will be applied accordingly.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive your package and verify that the items returned meet the requirements. Depending on your bank / credit card company, it can take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
What items are excluded from returns and exchanges?
Exclusions include:
- Quinceañera dresses and other special-order dresses
- Outlet items
- Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
- Any item received as the result of an exchange
The easiest way to tell if an item is returnable or not is to look at the badges on the product page. If there is a badge that says "Easy Returns," then it is returnable. If the badge says "Not eligible for any return / exchange," it's not.
Order Cancellations
Some of the dresses we sell are made-to-order. That means that the dress will not actually be made until you've ordered it.
Because it's very hard for us to stop the production process of a dress once it's started, we will email you soon after your order to confirm that you haven't changed your mind. If you do change your mind and want to cancel the order, you must do so within 24 hours after our email has been sent to you.
Failure to cancel an order during that 24-hour window will require us to continue with the production of the dress. Your order will become subject to the regular return policy rules that would normally apply to that particular dress. If the dress you ordered is one that isn't normally eligible for return, it still will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizes and are given to us by the designer.
Please note that designers may use different sizing conventions from each other or from other types of clothing you may be used to, so make sure to check the measuring guide we provide on each product page and match it to the product's size chart to ensure your best fit!
It's also important to remember that there are many different body shapes and alteration is very often required on special occasion dresses to make it just right for you!
